MORE INFO ON FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY:

Fascial Stretch Therapy is a table-based modality that targets the connective tissue system and fascial lines of the body. Using a PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) approach, Fascial Stretch Therapy works to ease tension, create a greater muscle lengthening, and provide further ranges of motion. Stretches will aim to reach various layers within the fascial tissue, providing hands-on release of adhered tissues, as well as finding deeper ranges of motion into joint capsules. This technique is an active form of Manual Therapy aiming to help restore tissue and provide recovery.
